complete this information to set up your website. Please check what type
of McPhersons site you want; Programs, Holiday, Inspirations or Social. You will
need Adobe Reader to view and print the Info Packet and Licensing
Documents. If you do not have Adobe Reader, you may obtain a free
version by clicking on the Adobe Reader logo. If you already have a McPhersonsPrint Social site and would like to change your existing template, please download this template order form and fax to McPhersons. |

Please Note: You may want to review this PowerPoint
presentation on completing your McPhersonsprint sign-up form.
McPhersons does not process your customer payments. Our ordering
system provides you with the needed information you will need to make
your own transactions. To use any of the credit card payment options or
the
PayPal payment option, you must first have accounts
set up with these companies. Your McPhersonsprint order information
provides you with your customer's credit card number and security code,
and email address so that you may send a
Request Money or
PayPal Invoice email to your customer who chooses to pay with
PayPal. You may also select In-Store Payment to
arrange your own terms with the customer on payment. No orders will be
sent to McPhersons for processing until you approve the order. Once you
approve the order, it is automatically released and sent to McPhersons
to fulfill. Please allow 1-2 weeks for set-up of your site. |
