Our sites allow you to select site wide discounts or the ability to offer special promotions that can run for a limited time and are set up with a promotion code the customer enters when ordering. These promotions are for minimum order discounts or discounts on select product lines or items. Please call our ecommerce marketing department at 1-800-741-9402 to set up special promotions on your site. Regular site discounts may be selected on your site sign-up form.

McPhersons does not process your customer payments. Our ordering system provides you with the needed information you will need to make your own transactions. To use any of the credit card payment options or the PayPal payment option, you must first have accounts set up with these companies. Your McPhersonsprint order information provides you with your customer's credit card number and security code, and email address so that you may send a Request Money  or PayPal Invoice email to your customer who chooses to pay with PayPal. You may also select In-Store Payment to arrange your own terms with the customer on payment. No orders will be sent to McPhersons for processing until you approve the order. Once you approve the order, it is automatically released and sent to McPhersons to fulfill.
