Custom Guest List Addressing by McPhersons|
Custom Envelope Addressing offers addressing and personalization to each of the envelopes in your stationery ensemble. Our newest technology allows us to download your guest list and professionally print each name and address in a lettering style and ink color to coordinate with your order on outer, inner, informal and thank-you envelopes.
Front Print Areas: Outer Envelope - up to 4 lines Inner Envelope - up to 5 lines
Please note: We are not able to offer envelope
addressing with gold and silver ink. Due to the printing process used,
envelope ink color may not be an exact match to invitation/announcement
ink color. Custom addressing not available on tea length envelopes. We
are not responsible for any spelling or typing errors on the
spreadsheet. Addresses will be printed exactly as typed. If revisions to
the spreadsheet are necessary to create "post office ready" addresses,
you will be informed and have the option of correcting and
re-submitting, or asking us to make corrections for a fee of $65.00 net.
Please allow 5-7 business days from the time we receive a usable electronic file for order processing.

Placing Your Order: Orders must be placed by phone. Call1-800-457-9775 to place orders or call Customer Service at 1-800-535-6441 if you need more information or assistance. You will need the order invoice number and your account number.
Guest List Submission: Your list must be formatted in Excel 2003 or earlier or CSV (Comma Separated Variable). To assure proper envelope address format, please review the sample file formats below or download the easy to use Excel Template (recommended). You may email your guest list to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will also accept a CD in Excel 2003 or Earlier (.xls), CSV or Mac. Mac files must be saved with a .csv or .xls extension. No floppy disks, please. Please reference invoice number so that we may match guest list to order.
Sample File Formats: When formatting your own files, please review these sample formats. Excel 2003 or Earlier Spreadsheet for inner and outer envelopes must contain five column headings. Start by creating headings for each column as shown below. Check that the zip code column is formatted for text, especially if your addresses contain zip codes that begin with zero. For plus 4 zips, be sure to include a hyphen. Information will be printed on the envelopes exactly as it appears on your spreadsheet (upper/lower case letters, spacing, punctuation, etc.). Other than the City, State and Zip Code, each column prints as a separate line.
